Senior Digital Account Manager

Job description

We are looking for an inquisitive, pro-active Senior Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding client services team. 


We're looking for a dynamic team player who can consult with our clients across a wide range of industries using cutting edge technologies.


You will be responsible for building client relationships as well as working internally with a talented team of Strategists, Product Managers, Project Managers, Designers, Developers and other Client Service team members to deliver world class products that meet our client's’ expectations and objectives. 


You will need to be personable, driven, self-motivated, effective people person. You'll love problem solving and making a difference both inside and outside of the agency.

In the heart of London, Mobile5 was established in 2011 as the first “Mobile First” agency. Very quickly we realised we were ahead of the curve in encouraging brands to recognise a new reality in consumer behaviour, the ever increasing time people were spending on mobile devices, combined with increasing diversity of things they were doing on mobile.


The company has grown quickly over the past 4 years to more than 50 people with an annual turnover of more than £6 million. In early 2018 we became part of the Omnicom family, giving us the strength and backing of a major advertising and media network.

Requirements

You will be responsible for:


  • Operating as the lead point of contact for your clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships that are growing commercially.
  • Acting as the ‘voice of your client’ internally, gathering their requirements and with the help of our internal teams, transforming them into compelling digital solutions.
  • Understanding the process of scoping, designing, developing, testing and releasing products and guiding your clients through these cycles.
  • Dealing with the financial side of your accounts and develop and maintain key account plans to achieve financial targets.
  • Identifying and growing commercial opportunities.
  • Understanding the needs of each client to define and drive their roadmap.


You will have:


  • Minimum 4 year proven client services experience in delivering digital projects such as website or app builds.
  • A good knowledge of industry leading technology in order to guide your clients strategically.
  • Management and responsibility of the commercial growth of your clients.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on specific client needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • A keen eye for UX, design and product management as you’ll have overall internal sign off prior to client review.
  • Passion for excellence, only allowing the optimum solution, and having an opinion on what that is!
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence pitching and presenting to C-level down.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • A good sense of humour and self awareness.
